Shipment Export

All international shipments containing goods sent to countries outside the EU must be accompanied by the required documents. The required CN 23 Customs Declaration form can be completed online. This will help you speed up the process of posting your shipment at the post office.
Please note that Pošta Slovenije fully respects the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Sign an agreement with us and simplify customs procedures and service payment. For more information, please contact Pošta Slovenije's customer contact centre.

Only postcards, letters of correspondence, literature for the blind and printed papers are exempt from customs formalities.

For your shipments containing goods, please complete the online form available at Pošta Slovenije’s Export Portal. Enter the data on the sender and addressee as well as accurate data on the nature of the goods sent and their value.

Failure to provide precise and accurate information concerning the contents of your shipment, its value etc. may result in:

  • refusal of further shipment handling upon the security check before the export,
  • delays during the import procedure in the destination country because further checks of the provided data need to be carried out,
  • seizure and destruction of your shipment upon its import into the destination country if it contains prohibited or dangerous articles.
