Pošta Slovenije's Executive Management has three members. It is represented by the General Manager and two other member. The Executive Management is appointed to a five year term of office and also dismissed by the Supervisory Board, with the possibility of reappointment.

Tomaž Kokot, General Manager

He was born in 1988. He graduated and obtained his master’s degree at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Maribor, where he has worked since 2010, engaged in scientific research with a focus on a comparative analysis of the prices of five hundred services in Slovenia and Italy. He is now continuing his studies in the doctoral programme of project management at Alma Mater Europaea - ECM, where he is also a lecturer. Since 2016 he has been registered as a researcher at the Slovenian Research Agency.

He started his career as a sole proprietor and at the end of 2013 became executive director of a software development and business transformation company, which among other areas was active in planning data analyses, desktop applications and online solutions for large companies. In 2015, the newspaper Delo named him an entrepreneurial star in the scope of its project LifeSal.

In 2020 he became an internal auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001. Since 2020 he has been accredited as a supervisor in Slovenian Sovereign Holding.

He serves as Vice-President of the Supervisory Board of the company Borzen. In 2017 he was appointed chairman of the Šmarje pri Jelšah Retirement Home institute, and has previously also been the chairman of the Dom dr. Jožeta Potrča Poljčane institute.

The Management Board of Slovenian Sovereign Holding appointed him a member of the Supervisory Board of Pošta Slovenije, and at the founding meeting of the Supervisory Board on 17 March 2021 he was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Pošta Slovenije.

On 1 April 2021 he assumed the position of General Manager Ad Interim of Pošta Slovenije. Pošta Slovenije's Supervisory Board appointed him to serve as a new Pošta Slovenije's General Manager on 1 February 2022 to a five-year term of office. He began his term on the same day.

Sebastijan Gostenčnik, Executive Management member

He was born in 1974. He received a degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Maribor. He began his career at MLM Storitve d.o.o. and MLM d.d. as Head of Controlling, where he worked for 15 years. In 2016 he joined Pošta Slovenije as an accounting and finances specialist. In 2020 he became the Director of Controlling and Director of Finances and Accounting.

During his career he has faced various corporate challenges. The experience gained at MLM d.d., once the largest production company in Maribor, and Pošta Slovenije, one of the largest service-sector firms in Slovenia, have provided him with the required knowledge, skills and qualities, such as leadership and organisational skills, communication skills, analytical thinking, accuracy and team work.

Pošta Slovenije's Supervisory Board appointed him to serve as a new member of its Executive Management on 10 September 2021 to a two-year term of office. He began his term on 16 September 2021.

Mag. Karmen Lebe Grajf, Executive Management member

Karmen Lebe Grajf graduated at the University of Maribor’s Faculty of Economics and Business, where she received the academic title Master of Science in Economics.

She began her career in 1991 working for the then PTT Maribor. She has 30 years of experience in the postal sector, mostly in management and senior managerial positions at Pošta Slovenije. She was also the Head of Postal Operations at the Maribor BU, head of Invoicing and Petty Cash Operations and Cash Transactions Department within the Postal Operations Sector, the director of the Postal Operations Sector, director of the Logistics Sector and executive management adviser. Before being appointed a member of Executive Management she was also an assistant to Executive Management. She has experience particularly in the organisation of work and postal operations technology at Pošta Slovenije, process management and postal sector regulation, and in recent years also in social dialogue. She was employed for a while at the Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia (AKOS) as head of the Price Regulation and Market Sector.

From 1999 to 2006 she was also a lecturer at the School Centre for Postal Services, Economics and Telecommunications in Ljubljana. Since 1991 she has also been a member of the Pošta Maribor Cultural and Arts Society (CAS), which is one of the oldest cultural societies in the region that has been operating continuously since 1948. Since 2006 she has also held the position of president of this society and since 2018 also the chair of the supervisory board of the Maribor Cultural Society Association.

Pošta Slovenije's Supervisory Board appointed her to serve as a new member of its Executive Management on 14 October 2021 to a five-year term of office. She began her term on 18 October 2021. As a member of the Executive Management she is responsible for logistics, purchasing and real estate, and for the integration process between Pošta Slovenije and Intereuropa.
