Select the most convenient way for you to receive your mail. Place an Addressee’s Request at any post office or with your postman. All you need is an ID.
Going away for the holidays?
-
Submit a request for your mail to be kept by the post office as
poste restante for 30 days. In this way, your letterbox will no longer be packed with mail and attract the attention of the unwanted visitors. After your return, collect your mail from the post office of your choice.
-
Choose for your mail to be delivered to your
neighbour. All you need to do is submit a request for your parcels, express mail or registered letters to be delivered to your neighbour. Just quote the full name, address and the phone number of the neighbour who will receive your mail (the above does not apply to registered letters with no add-on service, letters sent in line with certain legal regulations and similar).
Have you moved?
Submit a request to have your
letter mail forwarded to your new address or a request to have your parcel mail and express mail forwarded to your new address. It often happens that even though you have made all formal arrangements and officially registered your new permanent or temporary place of residence, during a certain period of time some of your mail may still be sent to your old address.
Both requests can be placed for the period of 6 months or one year.
You are not at home in the morning when your postman normally delivers mail?
-
Place a request to have your parcels, express mail or registered letters delivered to your neighbour. Just quote the full name, address and the phone number of the neighbour who will receive your mail during your absence (the above does not apply to registered letters with no add-on services, letters sent in line with certain legal regulations and similar). We will deliver your mail to the neighbour who has agreed to accept your mail.
-
Place a request to have your parcel mail delivered to
the agreed spot and specify where your postman can leave your parcel if you are away (on the balcony, under the roof, in the shed etc.). We recommend you to choose an easily accessible spot (with no fence, that is kept unlocked, etc.). Please note we can only leave you the mail if there is no add-on service requiring your signature or payment.
-
Collect your parcel from any Petrol gas station offering mail collection service. Place a request to collect your parcel mail from an alternative address and your parcels will be delivered to the gas station of your choice. You can find the list of gas stations
here.

If you frequently receive registered letters and you need to collect them from your post office due to your absence, you can place a request to have your registered letters with no add-on service delivered into your private letterbox or your free standing letter box.
We will then deliver your registered letters with no add-on service (such as “cash-on-delivery” or “advice of receipt”) into your private letter box or your central delivery point without you signing the receipt.
